Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Resources

Safer pregnancy information should be accessible to everyone, regardless of language, culture, or background. When pregnancy resources reflect the cultural and linguistic needs of the people using them, they become easier to understand, trust, and act on.

Still Aware's Culturally and Linguistically Diverse resource development was led by a cultural awareness and diversity professional for each respective language format, ensuring the work is community-informed, culturally respectful, and grounded in lived experience. This helps ensure funding is used with integrity, directed toward resources that genuinely meet the needs of the communities they serve.

Developed in consultation with cultural advisors, community members and healthcare professionals, these resources aim to empower families to understand warning signs, ask questions, and advocate for safer care during pregnancy.
